With over 25 years of experience across all disciplines in disruptive industries, Debbie Millin founded UpperLevel Solutions to provide a cost-effective alternative for growing companies in need of C-level support. She is passionate about creating growth strategies at an executive level and translating them into tactical plans to scale rapid-growth technology companies. Debbie has a proven history of helping companies of all sizes align for rapid growth and success, working with some of the fastest growing companies in America. She served as the Chief Operating Officer at Globalization Partners, where she was a founding member of the executive team and grew the company from 3 people to a $4.2 Billion valuation in just over 5 years while maintaining an award-winning company culture. Globalization Partners has received numerous awards for growth, including #6 Fastest Growing Company in America from Inc.5000, and #1 Fastest Growing Company in Massachusetts from the Boston Business Journal.
Debbie was previously Vice President of Client Operations at High Street Partners managing customer delivery and internal operations - where she also led the company to be #1 on the Fastest Growing Company on Boston Business Journal's Pacesetters List. Debbie was also Vice President of Client Services at Xius-bcgi (formerly Boston Communications Group), managing the prioritization and execution of all corporate-wide projects and supporting the largest wireless carriers in the United States. She held a variety of senior management roles over her 10 year tenure, including responsibility for account management, project management, business analysis, logistics, product management, data operations, field operations, and the management of the 24/7 network operations center.
Debbie has over a decade of board experience for both private companies and non-profit organizations. Currently she serves on boards for The Stellix Group, Neosoma, The KUR, The Harvard Club of Boston, Harvard Business School Alumni Board, is a Trustee for the Boston Museum of Science, and serves on the Advisory Board for Special Olympics of Massachusetts.
She is a frequent speaker and writer on rapid growth, future of work, leadership and global employment. Debbie has been featured on The Economist, CNN.com, HR.com, SHRM, and Forbes.com, and has spoken at MBA programs at Harvard Business School, Bentley University, Boston University, and Babson College.
Debbie graduated from Harvard Business School (AMP) and graduated magna cum laude from Bentley University with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in English. She also holds certifications from Northeastern University and Harvard Law School.
